
Google Is Ready To Launch Android-based ‘Brillo’ OS
According to a report directly coming from the house of The Information, Google at present is functioning on totally new software that is designed with a purpose to lower memory devices such as smart home products. The current version of Android have devices comes with minimum of 512 megabytes memory, the new Android OS has been named as “Brillo” which aims to power devices with lower megabytes of RAM.
Previous year, Google launched Android Wear, Android TV as well as Android Auto that mainly targeted software platform which runs on electricity. This new software released under the Giant, Google, is intending for having connected home. Devices that have simpler hardware such as smart light bulbs, thermostats and refrigerators are an apparent choice of the consumer.
As per the reports coming forward, the software is quite a different and diverse as compared to the latest upcoming version of Android “M” which is expected to release in quite some time. Moreover, the technological blueprint is pretty similar to the current Open Source Project of Android. Most certainly, Google will introduce all new Brillo at the Annual Google I/O developers’ conference which is scheduled for this week itself.
