Dell Venue 8 : A New Thinking
The downfall in PC industry has made DELL consider the manufacturing of the Android tablet. And this year Dell has launched the Venue 8 tablet having an 8-inch long screen which has got a wide popularity in the very first impression after its way to market.
The venue 8 being taller and thicker than its predecessor Venue 7, has plain glass front faces without any butter markings and branding. A small raised rubber ring protects the screen when the tab is put face down on a table. The rear panel has a Dell badge just below the main camera. Venue 8 powered by ARM-based processors uses Atom Z2580 running at 2GHz. The powerful CPU enables four threads running simultaneously. An SGX 544MP2 graphics with a 1080p video acceleration ensures better performance, power efficiency and security. Besides 2GB of RAM and built-in storage of 16GB, the tab also has 1280x800 screen resolution. A 2MP rear camera and 5MP main camera allows taking beautiful pictures and amazing selfies. The device is well-known for two apps, Pocket Cloud Explore allowing access to files on an authorized PC and Pocket Cloud allowing access to your system.
A versatile media consumption device venue 8 is a satisfactory device for reading, watching videos and playing games and a snappy performance with a good look and construction are the things that a customer will look for. However the Rs. 19,499 device price with a 3.5 rating in a scale of 5 that need to be looked by the manufacturer very soon.
